After being the sole unfortunate witness of a domestic quarrel that ends up in a murder, Patrascu finds himself at odds with two very close neighbors: one is the bizarre murderer, the other one his very own conscience.
I was definitely game for the movie's set-up - which is basically just a whole football match which the director's dad refereed playing on as they both comment on what's happening. There were a handful of good moments, such as how certain moments in games were filmed at the time when the country was Communist. The film loses steam around the hour mark for me because comments became sparse, and the last good number of minutes' commentary got watered down to just the game itself, nothing more.
